Royal Scottish Country Dance Society

Scottish Country Dancing is the traditional ballroom dancing of Scotland. The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) was formed to preserve this joyful social dance tradition, resulting in great enjoyment for dancers all over the world. Key factors are grace and manners, but always with an emphasis on enjoyment of the music, the dance and your fellow dancers. The Victoria Branch of the RSCDS welcomes newmembers – those who are new to Scottish Country Dance, and dancers who are new to the city. You need no partner, just enthusiasm and the ability to count to eight! If you are new to Scottish Country Dancing and would like to try some classes, please  read further. If you have danced before, you may want to search for the best class for you. We are holding a contest for the month of December which will be live at the Milwaukee Riverwalk.
